FOUND=
A COCKATIEL ON SAT NOV 20TH IN THE S.E. VANCOUVER AREA OF 40TH AND VICTORIA
DRIVE. IT SEEMS IN FAIR SHAPE DESPITE BEING OUT IN THE COLD WEATHER. IT'S WINGS
WERE CLIPPED SO IT COULDN'T HAVE FLOWN FAR FROM HOME.

PLEASE CALL (604) 565-0103 TO DESCRIBE AND CLAIM YOUR LOST BIRD. THANKS.

Medical Issues Observed: According to avian vet, It's an older male, thin, badly
clipped, sore feet and have yet to find out about the dropping being tested,
cost of vet bill is over $200.00 but I wanted to be sure he was okay.

Comments: Found on Mom's porch Sunday afternoon, it had been snowing a few days
ago, he can't fly as his wings were clipped so I doubt the owners were far from
the area. I'm keeping him if I don't hear from anyone anytime soon. He needs
to go back to the avian vet for a re-check soon.
