Quaker parakeet found today, Sept. 24, 2011. Owner must identify specific feature of this bird and preferably provide a photo.

Per 911PA volunteer Audrey:
Spoke with Night Owl Bird Hospital today (they had the bird) and this BLUE Quaker has been returned to it’s owners!!
