Picture or poster :Found Feb 9. Very nice bird, flew onto my hand when I went near. We took him in because it's cold, but we have two cats, and well...please let us know if this is your parrot.
Update: Parrot's owners have contacted us, parrot is on her way home right now. Thanks to everyone who emailed with their concern and advice.
