THey love outside so we made them a huge flight penn. Also quaker parakeets blue and green. My moms indian ring neck as well. I would never steal someones bird and i have a feeling someone took them and just kept quiet. Ring neck doves are reg color and solid white. Near bramlea city center. The pigeons are kept seperate and are let out to fly. One did not come back.
