UPDATE on April 15.17:

We are still looking for Theo today. He was last seen beside the Lindsay Campbell horse barn at the Perth Fairgrounds and flew in the direction of the Carson Subdivision. He will likely be high up in a tree. He's pretty easy to spot because he's so bright. We are hoping he gets hungry today and descends to look for food.
