Picture or poster :Last night my precious cockatiel, Artoo, got out of the house and has been missing since then. He is a tropical bird and cannot withstand Canadian temperatures, and has been hand-raised since birth therefore has no survival skills.
His mate, Kishu, has been screaming for him all morning, and will stop eating altogether if they are not reunited.
Please, if you see a brightly coloured (yellow, orange, and grey) bird, give me a call...
You can approach him slowly as he is hand-tamed but he is likely to be scared and may fly away because of a stranger.
He is NOT a fan of hands moving quickly.
He loves millet or red bell peppers - if you have any on hand he may come to it.
I appreciate any help anyone can give me.
