It's sad to say the owner has been found. He reported his bird missing today and after sending him the reported found deceased bird, here is what he wrote:

thank you to all you kind people who messaged me. we appreciate it greatly. it was our baby yes its very unfortunate. I truly thought we would get him back alive . thank you once again for everyone who took the time to message me... there is still kind people out there. rest in peace my boodie bear!
